How to Redeem a Code - Using Bookshelf Mobile

Redeeming a code in Bookshelf for Android/Kindle Fire 

Note: You can only redeem an eVantage Code in Bookshelf for Android/Kindle fire. If you are using iOS, you must redeem your code in the online reader.
  1. Open the Bookshelf App on your Android phone, tablet, or Kindle Fire.
  2. Tap the menu button in the upper left corner to activate the main menu.

  3. Tap on the Redeem Codes.
  4. Enter your 20-digit redemption code (your code is not case-sensitive).

  5. After entering your redemption code, tap the Redeem button to activate your eBook.
  6. Once your license updates, your new eBook will be ready for you to download and read.

 

Redeeming a code in Bookshelf for iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch

Note: You cannot redeem a code within the Bookshelf App on an iOS device.

  1. In Safari or another browser loaded on your device, open a new window and navigate here.
  2. Sign in with your email address and password.
  3. Tap the menu button in the upper left corner to activate the main menu.  
  4. Tap on the Redeem icon.
  5. Enter your 20-digit redemption code (your code is not case-sensitive).
  6. After entering your redemption code, tap the Redeem button to activate your eBook.
  7. Open Bookshelf on your phone or tablet; once your license updates, you will be able to download and read your eBook.
