If you redeemed your code and the eBook doesn’t display on your Bookshelf please go to ‘Manage’ and ‘Update Library’. If this does not bring the eBook onto your Bookshelf then your code may not provide you with online access to your eBook. You will need to download and install the desktop or mobile software to a compatible device to access your eBook.

If you redeemed your license code and you are unable to see your new title in your library please click on Account followed by Update Book list. If you still experience this issue please follow these instructions:
Instructions for Windows 7/8

Go to the My Documents folder and locate the My Books folder. (Computer\Local Disk(C:)\Users\YourUserAccount\My Documents\My Books)

Locate and rename My Books to My Books Old.

Launch Vitalsource Bookshelf.

Enter your eVantage credentials and click Sign-In.
Instructions for MAC OS X 10.6 or Later

Go to the My Documents folder and locate the My Books folder. (Macintosh HD\Users\YourUserAccount\Books)

Rename My Books to My Books Old.

Now go to your User Accounts Preference folder and delete the com.vitalsource.bookshelf.plist preference file. (MacintoshHD\Users\YourUserAccount\Library\Preferences)

Launch Vitalsource Bookshelf.

Enter your eVantage credentials and click Sign-In.
